The NHS has issued a number of surveys to Randomly selected patients through the post asking for patients’ views on access to medical services at this practice, and in particular, your access to appointment booking and staff on the telephone.
The practice would like to improve response rates and positive and constructive feedback if this reflects your experience.

|Seating / Uncomfortable Benches||We now have cushioned benches for our patients whilst waiting to be seen.|
|Upgraded Lights||We have now LED lights, which gives brighter and comfortable feeling.|
|Self-Care Monitor to be available for Patients||We have invested in a Waiting Area Self-Care monitor to check your Height, Weight, Blood Pressure, Body Fat and Mass Index.|
